All Gemstone and Mineral Spheres, Eggs and Specimens shipped in the U.S. are sent by USPS and UPS. Please remember that UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box, only to street addresses. You can select your preferred carrier in our state of the art shopping cart. Handling fees are calculated by the shopping cart at time of purchase. Insurance is not included in your shipping cost. If you wish to purchase insurance, please request a separate PayPal invoice. Please allow 4 to 5 days from shipping date for receipt. Please email or call us for any special handling and shipping requirements.
International
We recommend that international orders be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Global Priority or Airmail Parcel Post, but you are free to choose a different shipping method. Fed Ex is available upon request. As with domestic U.S. orders, handling fees are calculated by our cart at the time of your purchase. Remember, international orders may also be subject to your local customs charges. Insurance is not included in your shipping cost. If you wish to purchase insurance, please request a separate PayPal invoice. Insurance rates and availability will vary depending upon product value and country of destination. Finally, the USPS does not track your order once it leaves the United States. Only UPS or Fed Ex can track your purchase to your door.
