Our Spherefactor Personal Guarantee to you:

Your 100% SATISFACTION with your purchase or we will REFUND your purchase price in full upon safe return of the purchased item(s) in original condition within 7 days.

We are unable to refund shipping charges.

We will always do our best to represent the mineral spheres or specimens as they really are through our pictures and descriptions. You are welcome to return merchandise, but please be advised that a frequent or high rate of returned items may result in a restocking fee.

If you do not see what it is that you are looking for, please ask us. We may have it in our collection or know where to find it.

Layaway arrangements are available upon request. A 25% deposit is required and final payment must be made within 60 days. Please understand that Layaway items are removed from sale to others, such items returned will subject to the 25% restocking fee.

Any Gemstone Mineral Spheres, Eggs or Specimens designated “Special” or “Sale” are final and not subject to our return policy. This includes any purchases made on Layaway.
